Imagine Steve’s face when someone tells him Clint bought a farm.

“Buying the farm” is a WW2 euphemism for dying in battle (the military pension paid out to a soldier’s bereaved dependents would allow them to pay off the loans on a family farm).

Imagine the other Avengers complaining about Clint buying a farm (really, Clint? Really?!) while Steve is in shock and completely outraged at their lack of respect for a friend and fellow soldier who died in combat.

“Why didn’t anyone tell me?” “Relax, it’s not a big deal.” “Not a big deal?! CLINT BUYING THE FARM IS NOT A BIG DEAL?! What the hell is wrong with you?!“ “Wow, Steve, I didn’t know you were this passionate about farming.”

There is only one man in the entire movie and he is a Strong Male Character who is like 25 and decently ripped and has a scene where he slowly steps out of a pool wearing speedos because he is Confident and In Control of His Sexuality. We see his ass when he has to tug down his pants to get at the knife strapped to his thigh. His nipples are always erect for no fucking reason.
