OTSOA "OTO" OXWELL (he/him): halfling draconic sorcerer from my group's Strixhaven campaign. once a young farmhand from the tiny Faerûn town of Barley, a wildfire sparked by the disturbance of a red dragon's remains destroyed his entire home and forced him into years of intensive recovery for the burns he received. as part of his physical therapy he was taught wizard's magic, but struggled to wield it properly. it wasn't until years later while adventuring with his friend Raven that he discovered that the wildfire left more than just the burns upon his body, and his sorcerous abilities awoke from dormancy. now he studies with his newfound friends to become a top Prismari student and uncover the true nature of his magic -- but with each stride he makes, his draconic impulses grow worse, and he is forced to reckon with what it is he truly desires out of his life. also I draw him pretty often with @g0blinoids wizard Kellin 🫶
JOHNNY CADAVER, aka DAISY SMITH (she/her): my Seeker playbook character for a Monster of the Week campaign set in the mid 90's. Daisy was a born rebel from a hippie San Diego family with a passion for making music and causing trouble. she lived her whole life in her twin sister Violet's shadow, until one night in their senior year Violet was kidnapped by a mysterious stranger. Daisy tried to come forward with what she saw, but nobody believed her -- so she stole a motorcycle, changed her name to Johnny, and left town with the promise not to return again without her sister. along her travels she encountered the ghost of a road kill deer, who she named Ford F-150, that guides her from one supernatural clue to the next. eventually he led her to the town of Fresno, Idaho where she and her new friends fight against strange monsters that creep in the shadows, all while Johnny secretly hunts for traces of her long lost sister.
AMARANTH (she/her): my blood hunter human originally made for a campaign that is now cancelled so she's kinda floating in the void for now until I find a new one for her. she's a stoic mercenary who travels alongside @g0blinoids ranger Echo; why they stick together is unknown, since the two seem to hate each other with a burning passion, but they both fight tooth and nail to keep the other alive. I unfortunately can't really say more about her since I don't want to risk any of our group seeing spoilers 😔
TANGO (she/her): once my primary dnd character of four years for a Curse of Strahd campaign, now recently liberated to be a stand alone OC. Tango was purchased as an egg by a wealthy collector of avian creatures known as the Baron of Rocmoore. she grew up in near total isolation, dreaming of the world beyond, until she was forced to flee after the Baron was killed by one of his own beasts. despite her rough start, she's extremely friendly and curious, though she uses the fact that people see her as a child in order to manipulate them.
