Is some of y'all [dudes] are being foolish. If ya girl is bad, and faithful, and behaves in a way which makes [other guys] feel she's unattainable when she's going with you, then u need to go ahead and give her the long term contract....(especially if ur ugly and KNOW this gonna be it, [guys] know if they're ugly, lets be serious). Fukin with alotta girls is what you do when YOU DONT have wifey. (aint nothin to prove nemore)
Quote of the day from my friend NT's Facebook status. Well said and agreed. Censored terms have been paraphrased - the [_] items - lol
CG/JF = bf/gf. NS = guy who likes JF, talking shit to her about CG (and me and our other guy friend BR). CG can't find JF last nite so he rolls with me. We hit bar with SKL (super hottie we ALL like), MK (her town drunk girlfriend) and SR (girl, an ex-model from NYC/Nor Cal). JF is extremely insecure and envious of SKL and Co. for obvious girly-drama reasons. She asks CG about last night, he tells her all of the above PLUS that he confronted NS about the shit talk. That last part is a lie, we didn't even see NS last night*. JF (who doesn't go out much) discovers the lie & concludes that CG's deceiving her about ALL of last night + a bunch of other stuff, so she dumps him this morning.
I'm miffed at CG for telling a totally unnecessary lie, and the same at JF because I know the real reason she's angry with CG is that she's horribly insecure about him hanging out with any other girls, much less SKL's crowd.
Anyway, she has a way of breaking up with him and then coming back, this would be the 4th time ...
As you can imagine, there's a LOT more to this story going back to November last year, lol
*He's having a party at some bigshot home he's housesitting this weekend, I told SKL and MK to show up and "accidentally" trash the place on purpose, we'll see how that goes
the true measure of any OS is how painful it renders using its predecessor.

"When I look at what's being sold in the netbook space today, I see cramped keyboards, terrible software, jerky hardware, very small screens and just not a good consumer experience and not something we would put the Mac brand on," Cook told financial analysts. He emphasized: "It's a stretch to call them a personal computer." While Cook said Apple has some “interesting ideas in this space,” he emphasized that “it’s not a space that exists today that we’re interested in, nor do we believe that customers in the long term would be interested in [it].”
Amen. Note to Netbook fans: the proof that the Netbook concept is silly is that Apple's uninterested in making one.
For students of aerospace engineering and its many subgenres, including aerodynamics, propulsion, materials, and avionics, there's no shortage of work, either. "Job prospects are great and growing," says Christopher Hall, aerospace and ocean engineering department head at Virginia Tech. The industry is expanding, says the Aerospace Industries Association, or AIA.
Ummm ... what? Aerospace is in a general slump that shows no sign of ending until 2010 at the earliest and no sign of a genuine boom until around 2013. Nice optimism, but it's baseless.
As capable as the 2009 BMW X6 M is, there's just no denying that it's a really tough car to love ...
Think that's bad? Try this scenario: You are having dinner in a restaurant with a friend and you are both Twittering away, sending out banal remarks — "tweets" — in 140 characters or less to hundreds or thousands or even hundreds of thousands of people around the world who "follow" you on the rapidly growing microblogging messaging service.
That's never happened to me before, but this last weekend I was out at bar with my friend DH and we were both texting other people while talking to each other seemlessly. It was the first time that had ever happened to me. A little awkward, but it worked.
I'd have to say this is the worst japanese sword (katana) I've ever seen. She's not my type either, so don't even go there.

The funny thing about this particular shoot is that the lower S400 model actually looks better than the higher S600 unit. Don't know what the hell Mercedes was thinking with the color scheme for the latter. Yuck.
But the rest of us — bored senseless by the story of a high-school outcast (Justin Chatwin) who bands with a mercenary (Emmy Rossum) and a martial arts master (Chow Yun-Fat) to find the precious orbs — have little to do but marvel at the fact that something this trippy made it to our local multiplex.
Wow, talk about missing the boat. The best time to have launched a Dragonball live-action movie was from 1999 - 2003 when it was actually extremely popular even among adults. Now? Not so much ...
Never thought I'd ever say this, but I'm having a hard time liking the new E 63. It actually looks like Hyundai Genesis knockoff.

How does Redmond make an 80% gain in netbook market share without the sales numbers reflecting that gain?
Simple: MS is obviously selling Windows licenses to netbook OEMs specifically for netbooks at little or nothing ...
The new leaner, faster Firefox, which I switched back to after flirting with Google Chrome.
Chrome taught me a lesson that I've learned before but frequently forget: Keep It Simple, Stupid. So I went back to Firefox and ripped out a bunch of extensions I didn't need or wasn't using, including the previously indispensable Google Toolbar and TinEye image search.
I replaced Google Toolbar's spot in the UI with Firefox's native Bookmarks Toolbar, which now has all the sites I visit and bookmarklets I invoke regularly. Digsby already takes care of email notifications, so need for those. Google Bookmarks functionality/syncing is now handled by Gmarks.
Doing this fixed a lot of the issues I've been having with Firefox, including failing to exit as a process after being closed, hanging, slow startup and memory leaks.
And that's it. Is Chrome still faster? Sure. But Chrome's like an F1 race car - sure it's fast, but it's very limited in what it can do. For now, at least.
