This client was like I had an architect draw up the ADA ramp design, I'll send it to you. I was like cool, never worked from real architectural plans before! And the plans are building a wooden loading dock (insane, termite/rot, don't drive a car on that!!!), with a gravel ramp to drive onto it, and the only structural elements shown are that the hand rail needs a post set in concrete??? (It doesn't.....) And how to make the handrail I can buy cheaper at Lowe's than I could build? Like 1. Make this out of concrete 2. A structural engineer would have to design this 3. Bugs will devour this 4. The mower will hate you when the gravel goes everywhere. Fascinating and terrifying glimpse into the mind of an architect tbh
