It's weird to actually say what I've been bottling up inside. It's even weirder that I told you it too. I've been pretty much trying to run from it for awhile. I can't change anything. You can't change anything. We're just delaying the inevitable again.

Some nights I feel such guilt overcome me. How I left things and what I did to you. You weren't a bad person, far from it. You were a great person, a great boyfriend and a great friend to me. You did everything right and I still wasn't happy in the end. It's not your fault and it never was. I feel so guilty for ending things the way I did and so abruptly. I could tell you were hurting and I just didn't care because I couldn't deal with the lingering feelings anymore. That's what I feel worse about, that I didn't care and you didn't deserve that.
