Circulate energy to your genital chakra 1. This chakra is somewhere between your genitals and a few inches below your navel. 2. During a long slow inhale, feel the root chakra remain active. Feel that energy activate your genital chakra. 3. Root lock while you exhale Feel your breath pouring orange energy down your front side and into your root chakra. 4. Feel the feel the squeezed root chakra forcing the orange energy up your spine to the same height as the front side of the genital chakra. 5. Feel the spine energy flow through to the front, and then down the front, through the root, get pumped up the back, and waterfall back down the front to the root again. 6. Repeat this a few times.

Circulate energy to your solar plexus chakra 1. This chakra is the sensitive spot just below your ribcage where your diaphragm resides. 2. During a long slow inhale, feel the root chakra remain active. Feel that energy activate your solar plexus chakra. 3. Root lock while you exhale and circulate yellow energy from the solar plexus, down the front, squeeze it up the back, through to the front, and so on 4. Repeat this a few times.

Circulate energy to your heart chakra 1. During a long slow inhale, feel the root chakra continue to be active. Feel that energy activate your heart chakra. 2. Root lock while you exhale and circulate green energy from the heart, down the front, squeeze it up the spine, through to the front, and so on 3. Repeat this a few times. You may shake, laugh or cry as you find and destroy the barriers that are holding you back. This is good.

Circulate energy to your throat chakra 1. During a long slow inhale, feel the root chakra continue to be active. Feel that energy activate your throat chakra. 2. Root lock while you exhale and circulate blue energy from the throat, down the front, squeeze it up the spine, through to the front, and so on 3. Repeat this a few times.

Circulate energy to your third eye chakra 1. This chakra is between the eyebrows. 2. During a long slow inhale, feel the root chakra continue to be active. Feel that energy activate your third eye. 3. Root lock while you exhale and circulate purple or white energy from the third eye, down the front, squeeze it up the to the base of the spine, through to the third eye, and so on 4. Repeat this a few times.

Circulate energy to your crown chakra 1. This chakra is just above your head. 2. During a long slow inhale, feel all of the lower chakras spinning. 3. Reach up with the energy in your spine to connect to the white globe of light at your crown chakra 4. Root lock while you exhale 5. Forget who you are 6. Forget time 7. Forget words – there really are no words for becoming one with all beings 8. Allow your consciousness to unfold in all dimensions 9. Continue as long as you care to

Ps: I didn’t explain this part, but when holding your breath, use it to put pressure against the base of your spine. Rock or wiggle your hips, and slither your spine to unlock any blockages so that energy can ascend your spine.
