          pffft. ok, but seriously. i haven’t been around much recently. naturally, i’ve been busy starting my own international crime syndicate (as ya do) and haven’t really had the time to write.  so its time for me to fully embrace this next chapter of my life so i’m deleting this blog and have no intentions of returning!!!!! later losers!!!!!

          we’ve had some good times tho ! remember that time felicia broke into that place and stole that thing? yeah, me too. iconic. but all good things must come to an end…. sort of. i’ve had this blog for a few years, off and on, and i’m tired of the clutter. SO. i’m archiving this blog and have made a snazzy new black cat blog here. you should check it out. all the cool kids are doing it. ;]

RESPECTING YOUR DUPLICATES

no one is forcing you to interact with them, or follow them or even look at them. there is a blacklist for a reason if you don’t want to see them around. but people need to get rid of the idea that THEY own the character, and no one else can play as them. get rid of that mentality that no one else is allowed to have that muse that YOU DIDN’T CREATE, and that anyone who has that muse should be chased away because they aren’t you. that makes you an asshole quite honestly.

unless it’s your OWN ORIGINAL CHARACTER, you cannot tell people not to write a muse. it’s okay to be uncomfortable with duplicates, i think we all get a little anxious or nervous about them, but it is NOT okay to try and chase them all out. vagueing about them, sending them hate and telling them they’re not good at what they do? that’s fucked up. so stop. you do not own that canon character you’re playing and you should stop trying to chase them all away and acting like you’re the best of the best. everyone brings something to the table.

so just. the moral of the message is RESPECT THAT DUPLICATES EXIST AND QUIT TRYING TO CHASE THEM AWAY BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU SHOULD BE THE ONLY ONE.
