Anxiety coping mechanisms
I have to remember to not add to my anxiety with negative thoughts, except that itโs there and allow it to be. It will pass.
I am good enough, I am a good person, I am honest, I will be with someone one day, I will not die alone. I am powerful and my mind is powerful.
The therapist told me that when anxiety strikes, I need to step back from it, do whatever I need to do to get rid of it and go back to the situation later. That is what I am going to do. Giving someone all of that energy and negative energy at that is going to end up in a negative outcome.
Iโve got my back, I can cope. I am normal!
