This post is a day late because I forgot to post last night, I was so sleepy. Idk why yesterday was so hard, I was exhausted all day.

For dinner I had a Tim Hortons grilled cheese (550)

Holy shit I was holding on by a THREAD all day. I was such a bitch, to everyone, all day, and then I almost binged over lunch today, but I left my wallet at home so I had no way of acquiring food to binge on. Then, I went to McDonald’s for dinner and decided “fuck this d1$0rd3r, and got a large fry, which is like 50c over my limit, then i panicked about it, and fed a third of my meal to my dog so I wouldn’t binge.

I also didn’t exercise AT ALL because it was raining really bad, and my only exercise is walking lmao.

I was also stupid, I went grocery shopping and bought a pint of Ben and Jerry’s, which is currently one of my worst binge foods, but I haven’t binged on it yet!! Sooo, we’re good, at least I’m hoping.

Anyway, OMAD: I had 2/3rds of a large fry from McDonald’s (370) and 4 chicken nugs from McDonald’s (170)

After that, I had my ninja creami (65) then I realized I had like zero fibre and a sola bagel about to mould in my pantry, so I had that (126) and for lunch I had a monster

Today was pretty good!! I had work, nothing serious. I didn’t have many binge urges, just small cravings I’m able to suppress because I simply don’t have the means to give into them lmao. Also, frozen meals are such a hack. Especially if you’re Canadian, because Blue menu frozen meals almost always hit, and they’re typically pretty low c@l0r13, most of them being between 210-350.

So I omad’d again today, and I had some frozen veg lasagna (158) and fries (56)

okay…. So I binged more… FML… it’s okay! It’s okay, I feel myself regulating again (I totally didn’t say this after every other binging episode) BUUUUT, I’m beginning to widen the gap between binges again, and the voice telling me ‘you don’t need it’ is back and louder than ever. Which is annoying, but helpful in this case I guess.

I OMAD’d today, and I had a jerk chicken burger (157) on a sola bagel (89) with pickles (10) and lettuce (3)

Fuck I binged. Somewhat. Okay, idk what happened.

I planned on fasting, I knew it was a bad idea but I did it anyway. I think that’s what pushed me over the edge, I know fasting is not a good idea right now.

So I ate dinner, and for some reason I just kept spiraling after that. I don’t think I went over 2400 cals though. I didn’t track it, after a while I just completely forgot. But I don’t think I went over maintence. So I should be okay

Today was better than yesterday! I had work, and I didn’t do anything else lmao. Sadly, I hurt my knee so I won’t really be able to get all my steps in, but I’ll try!

For dinner, I had a soma bagel (120 c@l) with an egg (71 c@l) and velveeta cheese (36 c@l) I also had a russet potato I cut into fries before air frying (63 c@l) and I also had some strawberries (74 c@l) lastly, I had my daily ninja creami (76 c@l)

Okay today was kinda sucky. My boss had it out for me, she got mad at me because my shorts were too short, which they fucking weren’t, they were finger length. And, she got mad at me for wearing knee high converse. So, to Punish me, she shoved me in the back room all day when I’m normally at front desk. Whatever, I got to listen to music all day lmao

My grandfather offered to take me out for ice cream today, and I decided to go with him because it was sweet, I got two scoops, one Cherry cheesecake, the other birthday cake. I’m just gonna airball and guess (302 c@l) then after that, I decided to still have dinner so I wouldn’t binge later, so I had a egg and cheese sandwich w keto bread (192 cal)

I forgot to track my steps today lmfao. My Apple Watch died .

Example being, the other day I watched my mom prepare chicken, and I watched her pour like a tsp or so of Olive oil on the chicken. I guess I was staring, because she said “it’s just a quarter tsp cherry, it’s not much”

It obviously wasn’t just a quarter tsp, so I said “no, mom that was more than a quarter tsp, that was more like a full tsp.”

Keep in mind, I’m not the type to freak out about oil. I genuinely don’t care if she used a tsp or a quarter tsp, especially considering it was over like 9 chicken breasts. We argue for a few more minutes before we begin yelling at each other over literally nothing, and she goes on about “this is the sickness in your head!! You’re lying to yourself, because of this fucking disorder you have” … erm I’m actually not diagnosed w anything yet but okay. Also, I WATCHED YOU POUR THE OIL, I DON’T CARE ITS NOT A QUARTER TSP JESUS CHRIST.
