okay so the day before yesterday before i went to bed, i turned on a alunir shifting guided meditation 🥲 (i don’t like listening to her because the voice sounds ai and her meditations are basically the same but in dif fonts, but i listened anyways because she is the only one that popped up) anyways i did the med and fell asleep, i woke up the next morning—but not before i finished my horrible nightmare, and i myself don’t get nightmares often, so i probably won’t be listening to alunir anymore.
