Don't Stop

       “how should i fuckin’ know?” jocelyn’s tone was harsh towards the other. “do i look like mystic meg to you?” her words dripped with sarcasm as her eyes narrowed towards the young male; her patience was beginning to run very thin.

“ then why not just go get some sleep? i don’t see anyone stopping you. ”

“that means we can be nap buddies, then. cause i’m also super sleepy and wanna join you there. had a long day?”

“as long as you don’t mind napping with a sleep cuddler, then by all means, join me. yeah, it was a long day, honestly.”

“ I DON’T know if i would if i were you, you don’t know what other kinds of activities have taken place there.”

“No one’s stopping you – might earn yourself a couple of looks, but they might be more envious than jealous.”

“Hmm, that may actually sell it, but I have work to do to be honest.”

“Do you have any idea how stupid you sound right now?” Lottie teased, a small smile forming on her lips.

“Um, very?” Kai said with a laugh.

“sorry that i’ve been awol, but i needed a little getaway. what did i miss?”

“Where’d you go?”

‘  HIDE ME!  ’   eyes widened,  chloe didn’t wait for a response before ducking behind the person on her right.   it was a peculiar request,   considering she was just casually standing in the middle of the lobby .   a serious one none the less.  she peered over over the shoulder that shaded her from view,   eyes settling on the latest average looking white guy that had just entered the studio.    ‘   don’t look directly at him —  but —  you see the boyband hair,  tank top dude that just walked in. ’   her descriptions were vague as she tried to point out the male,  ‘ did everything bar ask me to marry him whilst i was waiting for coffee this morning.  OH GOD,   just tell me when it’s safe to come out.  ’

Kai was confused when the woman ducked behind him, but listened as she continued to speak. He glanced casually at the dude she was indicating, “Dude looks like a douche,” he mumbled, keeping an eye on the dude, so he could tell the woman when the douche left.
