The ACC - Anal Calorie Count I do not advise using all substitutions by Hungry Girl because I do think some aren't healthy options such as using sweeteners instead of natural sugar like honey.  But using it as a guideline for recipes is always a start! Dietary Substitutions

These are just a list of my substitutions I've made because they suit my dietary requirements! I wouldn't exactly call some of them dietary requirements, most just come under the category of 'calorie counting freakiness'. I'll be posting a youtube video of this soon and linking it below: Milk --> Almond Milk or Soy Milk (both unsweetened and preferably organic) Chips --> Snap a Jacks [They are amazing corn and rice flavoured snacks that are packaged for portion control] Chocolate --> I don't really have a particular liking towards chocolate, but I do have cravings! So I would usually just go for 70+% Dark Chocolate. Peanut Butter --> I love peanut butter, so I do occasionally cave, but almond butter comes pretty close. If you can, try get an organic one with a high percentage of peanuts or almonds.  I opt for Meridian Peanut butter. White rice --> Red Rice.  Red rice contains more antioxidants, it's packed with B-vitamins and other minerals such as zinc, iron and calcium.  Brown rice is also a good alternative, it's rich in other minerals such as selenium and manganese. I realize this is a super long post, so I'm just going to stop here. I'll be posting  a video soon summarizing all of this and adding more of my substitutions and favourite snacks!

Just some fun times in Nottingham, chilling under an air vent. I did want to start a lookbook style blog but I realize you can’t really see my outfit here.

I have to say, it was absolutely super cold, and windy, you can’t tell because of the deceptive sun.  But here’s to the English weather.  We had loads of fun trying to take these pictures because we were trying not to get run over by cars and trying to work and get the right pictures that satisfied what I visioned. Also I realize I look super grumpy in some of these shots! We did give up after a few shots, it got a bit too cold!
