In chapter 445 we see that the spell that was cast on Iruma at Walter park has come undone in its entirety allowing Iruma to remember her. At the time we were not wrong to assume that this was a mc special boy only occurrence so we glossed it over with more important things like deportation.

Now in chapter 446 we know that this was not the case with Mr. Azazel explaining as such

Know on to the thing that bugged me what I saw was people thinking that this was a rushed job. That Border patrol is coming to Bables with shaky and questionable evidence. They are not. As Henry says they have been receiving consistent testimonials over days and are asking for Bables to cooperate in detaining and questioning a suspect terrorist .(I may love her to bits and wish nothing but the best for her but that is what she is and probably does need to spend time in jail but that's besides the point)

To add on people are blaming Iruma for being the reason the spell broke. He is not. Days, Border patrol had been reserving reports days before Iruma himself remembered. He was likely one of the last people to remember her. In this instance Iruma is not special he is one of many to remember.

Now on to Narnia, while I do believe that in some minor ways him and Baal are interconnected I do not think they share ideals or ambitions. Baal is the type of demon to hold his cards close to his chest and manufacturers the perfect occasion to use each of them he is a strategist (no dough). That's all to say he likely hid the fact that these two were terrorists and everything they've done from Narnia as well he is not special either he is also a pawn. Narnia while composed is a very passionate and temperamental demon one could say, he does not seem to be the type to allow himself to be fooled or his credibility to be tainted. Narnia no matter how experienced is still juvenile and will lash out as he did in the first opportunity he got.

Even if he is allied with Baal they are not friends there allegiance has conditions and will go against each other when either sees fit. Narnia is still at the end of the day an officer of the law and he is working his way through the law as long as Henry's still in the picture anyway to have his way.

I do think Shiida is being described on the other had there is no way that Baal would just allow one of his own underlings frolic around unsupervised. Iruma is not the main reason I mean they had no interaction during the end of terminus, then what is the reason? The garden. Before now Shiida hadn't know that it was like to nurture something she was/is a combat specialist and it was likely all she knew how to do. She didn't know how to cradle small animals with care, she didn't know how to tend to flowers and she was out of her depth during the heart breaker arc not knowing the balance of attack and instruct. The only thing she had was a mission and a want to know and when she was branching off to new things Baal had to clip those wings before she would ever think to fly away with them. I think the way Baal has set this up is for her to fall and crawl back to where she belongs, where he needs her to be, where she's useful to him.

He was asleep, pretty ballsy. If it were anyone else to try that with the hard ass that was their home room teacher they'd never hear the end of it. But it was Kazuichi of course it was, it couldn't be anyone else. He was special after all. At least he thought so. Perfect scores, spotless records, a smile so bright and earnest it could melt even a heart of pure ice and obviously his near in human mechanical talent. He could get away with anything cause of that. Tetsujou walks over to him as an impish thought crawls into his mind to wake him. It dies as soon as he gets close enough to see his face.

His head lay cradled in his own arms thick chunky glasses askew on his face. He looks so soft like this, so peaceful, so vulnerable. Everyone had long gone home for the day it was just the two of them here now. Tetsujou's chest fills with a funny feeling and his cheeks feel warm. He leans in just a little, planting his left hand flat on the table. Tetsujou's throat feels dry as his mouth quivers, Kazuichi doesn't play fair. Tetsujou's right hand creeps up and for a second he wonders what his best friend's hair would feel like between his fingers.

Snapping himself back to reality he plants his hand firmly on Kazuichi's shoulder shaking him lightly. Kazuichi jolted up right scrambling "I WASN'T ASLEEP" he wailed flustered. Tetsujou bit back a laugh as a smile bloomed in his face "Hay bed head relax classes are over," Kazuichi bewildered morphed on to a grouchy pout "Come on let's kick it before the teachers kick us out".
