honestly; just explaining everything I went through the past 3 years to people really opened my eyes and gave me the courage to finally cut him out of my life for my own good.

A while back, I told a former classmate all that I’ve been through and she bawled in the middle of class. Seeing her cry made me tear up too.

Sometimes I think we become desensitized to our own trauma and only hearing it brought the eyes of other people do we realize just how bad it was
