A pretty obscure entry in the series! The music in this game is only okay at best, but I wanted to rip it anyway and help make it more widely available.

The only thing missing from this rip is the game select theme, mainly because that cacophony doesn't seem to have any logical looping point. I will have to leave that to someone else.

While the name may not look familiar, the logo design should! This is the unreleased localization of Bust-A-Move, where they did more than change the name and title theme. This version erases Bub and Bob from existence and features a brand new soundtrack.

Of note is that the soundtrack to this game still exists in the Neo Geo release of Bust-A-Move, albeit unused except for the title theme. There are also some slight sound differences in that version.

All of the music here would later be polished up and used in the initial US release of Bust-A-Move Again, before it was updated to retract the Bub and Bob erasure. That being said, the music for the original US release packs less punch overall and is thus inferior to this one, in my opinion.

Ripped this one's soundtrack as the only available download I was able to locate for it online no longer works. It's probably for the best I did it myself too, as the tags for said download, while seemingly accurate to where they play, did not provide artist credit or mention what certain tracks were arrangements of.

The soundtrack mainly consists of arrangements from previous games in the series, which I think sound quite nice. The game would later get delisted and its soundtrack repurposed for Puzzle Bobble Journey.

Note: I've edited the title screen theme to include the intro and ending to the track, which is taken from and can be heard in the game's trailer. That being said, I've still made sure the main part of the track loops before the ending kicks in. Also, being that the game is no longer available I can only leave the Event track as it is called in the game's files, as I am unable to determine where it actually plays.

Seeing as this game's end of service is taking place soon (at the time of this upload), I figured I'd rip the music from it before it's completely inaccessible to the masses. Shame, as it was pretty fun. The music's quite good too.

A nice puzzle game developed by the now RPG publishing machine Kemco. It was ported onto the N64, replacing Kid Klown and the settings with a less interesting coat of paint and adding a pretty shallow multiplayer mode. The music is mostly arrangements from previous games in the Kid Klown series.

Woody Woodpecker in Crazy Castle 5 Platform: Game Boy Advance Publisher: Kemco Composer: Soundfirm

The odd one out of the Crazy Castle series, this game features some of the longest tunes you'll ever hear come out of the GBA. Careful with the multiplayer themes: like the multiplayer mode itself they feel like an afterthought.

へべれけスてーショんポポイっと (Hebereke’s Popoitto) Platform: PlayStation Publisher: Sunsoft Composer: Opus Corp.

The PlayStation counterpart to Popoitto Hebereke, with the title being slightly changed to Hebereke Station Popoitto. The music here is less upbeat than that of its Sega Saturn cousin. It also has the perk of an extra battle mode akin to Hebereke’s Popoon, even having arrangements of that game’s music to go with it.

This rip is powered by my desire to show up whomever ripped a pitiful fraction of the game and uploaded it to the internet. My rip is better sounding, has all the tracks, has proper artist credit, and even clean voice cuts, so it's much more attractive.

Let’s begin this blog with a rip of a pretty obscure and hohum falling block puzzler. It’s Hebereke’s Popoitto for the Sega Saturn! The music is pretty cute upbeat stuff. There are three tracks which I’m unsure where they play, but outside of that everything should be accurate.
