So Blake’s father is the chieftain of the largest group of faunus is Remanent. You could basically say that menagerie is its own sort of 5th kingdom so that makes him one of the most powerful people in the world. 

He has at least some semblance of control over the white fang and he can influence a majority of the world’s faunus. 

So shouldn’t the name “Belladona” be pretty significant? Shouldn’t at least some people, particularly the teachers of beacon,

 or a general of the Atlas army, 

or the daughter of a dust company that has major issues with the white fang, 

know of Blake’s father? and shouldn’t they have known of her of her name before she entered beacon?

 I feel like she should be on some kind of radar.

Considering that she’s the daughter of the most important person in the faunus race. 

I mean, she basically a princess.
