on the subject of early mlp fanbase, my favourite thing was when bronies literally started researching and performing practices of tibetan buddhism such as lucid dreaming and the concept of tulpas and discussing it indepth on forums, solely to try and insert themselves into my little pony through their dreams and make their favourite ponies come to life in a thoughtform. does anyone else remember this?
