Love in Each Heart Beat

I rather love so deeply that it hurts, than to measure it according to everyone else's standard. Not because I love deeper, but because I am deeply loved. It wouldn't be right for me to give any less than everything. In this time, the heart of millions have grown so cold. As scary it may be to love, I prefer a broken heart over a cold & closed heart any day! I have tried measuring my love, and it ended tragically-not for the friendships, but for myself. Knowing that I could be less prideful, cold, but trying to protect myself.. Killed the warmth inside of me. How could I give any less when Jesus has given me all He is, entirely laid down? The word has spoken life into my dry and thirsty soul. My response to Him will be what I do with my every breath and each heart beat. I vow to make each heart beat one filled with life and love of God, not by my own might or strength but by His Spirit. May the life and love in His blood pump within each heart beat.. I pray the same for each person reading. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 New International Version (NIV) 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

Freedom...

This year is off to an amazing start! I have gained a lot. I have upcoming travel plans, promotion, graduation, excellence in school, that is only naming a few! But my favorite part of everything I have gained-has nothing to do with any of those material things. I feel this sense of liberty to just be myself, and that is worth more than all the physical things that I have gained! A liberty to love God understanding that he loves me in my mess... Sometimes we live life teaching people to be afraid of God. To live in this box of fear that you cannot be free of... We need to break out of that and share of the freedom that is found in His unconditional love. Which casts out fear. He placed eternity in our hearts. That is why there is such drive and passion to break limitations. I mean imagine!!!! ETERNITY IN OUR HEARTS?! That is kinda deep, and is driving me a little nuts at how I always feel a deep need to quench a burning desire for more! At times I feel consumed of overwhelmed by how deeply I need Him. I don't know how to express it. And I don't know how to express it! So this is me expressing it now! I want deeper because I cannot have enough... 24 years of living in a God fearing home, bible teaching, prophetic, intercession filled home... Is not enough. Not to say I haven't had my fair share of mess ups, but I would be a liar if I told you I walked this earth doing everything as I was taught. But I yearn with everything inside to be upright before Him. I do not know where this will take me, I just know I needed to share this. It is brief but one area I hope to always remember when raising my babies in the word of God. Love Always... KrystalKlear

I'm a Christian. But not really.

Well surprisingly I am not going to explain some story of how I have been hiding my sins or anything to that nature. In fact, I think it’s best if I put out there from the beginning that I have fallen too many times to waste time comparing notes with anyone.

Here is a piece of my mind for tonight.

I have become embarrassed to call myself a Christian. Not because of God. Not at all because of Him. It’s quite the opposite. I am embarrassed by the prideful attitude. By the image of self righteousness which is always attributed to anyone carrying the title of a Christian(in the 21st century). But God, He is what makes this life(and the next) worth it!!

I am no type of rebel that left the church angry. But I am a woman that was raised in church. Taught by the church. I have seen death being overcome, by God Himself, in my family.(that is a story for another time).

Pretty much, I have spent the last 24 yrs (& 9months in my moms tummy) in the church and I love(&at times hate) the people of the church. In the last two years of craziness, I am now starting to see God in a different light.

Being born and raised into Christianity is a whole challenge in itself. I look forward to breaking down some challenges I’ve experienced(in the next week/weeks), hoping that someone else will identify with it.
