Wanted to paint this after finishing the quest in Thassera. Everything in the quest was crazy from start to finish, like the sudden setting shift to low tech medieval, the broken servitor band, that one carnivorous horse, and all those weird nobles wearing skinned faces.
Shame we couldn't keep the musical servitors on the ship, would be hilarious to have them just play their music on the deck.
This duckie is equipped with a micro-bolter. When squished, it starts firing and laughing infectiously. The shooting and laughing will continue until the micro-bullets run out.

What is this?
This is an event dedicated to enjoying and appreciating any and all wonderful women of the Warhammer 40.000: Rogue Trader video game. You can show your enjoyment and appreciation by making a fanwork of any type focused on one of the canon female characters, sharing it between 2nd of March and 8th of March and engaging with the works made by others as energy and personal tastes allow.

Who are you?
There are two of us.
Mallory can be found @leftyminthara on tumblr and @stomes4 on AO3. She writes fanfic, draws, compiles fandom stats, and creates graphics for this event. She is an avid supporter of women's rights, wrongs, and dubious in-betweens.
Eri can be found @quescon on tumblr and @TopoftheLighthouse on AO3. She is a fanfiction writer with more ideas than sense, an enabler to her friends, and a Jae Heydari apologist. She has also come up with the idea for this event in the first place.
What is allowed?
All kinds of fanworks, including, but not limited to: fic, art, podfic, gifs, mini painting, poetry, crafts, interpretive dance, etc.
Gen works, ships of any kind, SFW, NSFW, dark topics/dead dove (provided it is tagged properly), written works in any language, having fun and being yourself.
What is NOT allowed?
Hate and bigotry of any kind — sexism, racism, transphobia, queerphobia, any other kinds of predjudice or being an indiscriminate asshole — all not allowed.
GenAI use — we're here to appreciate human* passion and creativity regardless of skill level
(*we do however welcome any friendly abhumans or xenos willing to take part in our event)
Character or ship bashing — have your fun and let others have theirs, we're here for good vibes.
Do I have to follow the prompts?
No, they are here for your inspiration and motivation, but you're welcome to follow your own path.
Are OCs/men/non-binary characters allowed?
The focus of the event is canon female characters of the game, and as such, your work for the event should center them. However, we do not limit who else can feature in your works! Yrliet and Marazhai adjusting to the warp travel together? Non-binary Rogue Trader courting Cassia? Theodora/Abelard doomed romance? All these concepts and similar ones have place here!
Are genderbends/trans headcanons allowed?
As per previous answer, your work for the event should center canon women of the game, but other than that go ahead! Jae just as smitten with transmasc Argenta? A comedy where Jocasta and Vigdis try to stop fem!Ulfar from reciting her sagas over the vox-system? Idira divining Heinrix' coming out as transfem? All allowed, go ham.

We will be monitoring the tag and the collection submissions for a week longer after the event ends to give you a little extra time as well.
