Not even drawing for ts. Volume 2 was awful. In fact, season 5 had already not been great. But volume 2 has made it basically unwatchable and unsalvagable. I don’t know what the Duffers think they’re doing and I don’t know what they think we want, but they ruined every character, every plot point, and any chance of a satisfying (or even remotely good) ending for their decade-long show in about 4 hours. I genuinely cannot think of a worse way for this season to have gone. I would have preferred “it was all a DND campaign” over this. I’m genuinely upset. Every relationship is bones. Nearly every character was mischaracterized the whole way through. The actors aren’t even giving a good performance this time! What are we doing??
