Im a fan of this place. This is our 3rd time here, but this time we have come with an Amazon Local coupon I purchased last month. We ordered 3 items on the menu and a couple of IPA beers to get us feeling good.

The Hill Burger

The burger consist of wild baby arugula, topped off with braised short-rib, fried shallots, demi glace, white cheddar, and horseradish dijonaise. I ordered the normal medium-rare that I always prefer with my burgers/steaks and it did not disappoint. The meat was juicy and flavorful, the braised short-rib on top was a nice touch and the horseradish added a nice spice without overbearing.

Pork Belly Kimchi Sandwich

The sandwich consists of braised pork belly, kimchi, cheddar, sharp cheddar and fried egg. We were iffy at first ordering a sandwich at a burger joint, but we wanted to try something different and glad we did. The sandwich was like a korean grilled cheese sandwich made to perfection. It had perfect amount of cheesy goodness, pork belly had a lot of flavor, the kimchi was not too spicy and the fried is always a nice addition.
