I just translated my foreign language hw while listening to a podcast it was 100x easier.

Writing a paper? just music.

low distraction is key here but there’s still something in the background for you Distracted Brain to focus on so Creative Brain can thrive.

Gotta read something? fuck it. See if you can find a YouTube video on the same subject.
