When I am anxious or stressed I will intentionally not listen to things I need to do or I am not checking what homework I need to do this week, I know I need to do it, but I am blocking it. As if I don't see it, it isn't there and it doesn't need to be done.

My bf had two plans two days after each other. I said I would go to one of them cause I'm overwhelmed and have social anxiety, he got mad and came back on the subject for a whole month even when the days are over the subject every day saying 'there weren't many people' and that I easily could have two days. please, for god's sake, don't ever say that to a person with social anxiety.
