Zuri: I'm fam with approximately NO ONE except Kiara in that "we're like sisters" sorta way. The humans are just....extras. and back home, if I decided everyone around me smelled bad, I could just sleep elsewhere. There's nowhere else to go but the restrooms!!

Zuri: Not that I want to go out into that cold white stuff outside, but staying in here can't be that much better. It's getting sooo boring and I think I'm claustrophobic 😨😭🥵

I consider anything that involves sucking smoke into my body poison, but I’ve heard there are other ways to do it, those might not be so bad. Hey, I wasn’t necessarily saying I should pull him into a doomed romance, just that he might be good for having a little bit of fun. Dad and heart attacks doesn’t sound fun, though; maybe just a minor panic attack or something. Beats me, do they think we’re really going to need this stuff when we go back home? I wish we could be here with just the fun parts and none of the learning.

Yeah Ned makes like, brownies with it! It’s so good! And he is definitely the fun-loving type, I say go for it. If you don’t mind his tiny, annoying ex possibly being out to murder you. But that’s a Princess Fight I’d watch for sure. I’m sure we’ll learn something from like...history and political science or whatever, but it’s not like Shakespeare is gonna be relevant to any of our lives.

Fairy Godmother’s kid, I’m guessing? Because that other guy seems more likely to give you actual poison, but that seems more fun. I should spend more time with him, my dad wouldn’t approve at all. Right? I guess I wasn’t in note taking position so I wasn’t valid. This place is so weird sometimes.

Nah, Ned’s into plants. They don’t taste like poison, but they do make me all slow and giggly. Apparently he and his girlfriend broke up recently so like -- you’ve got a chance! I’m not out here supporting giving your dad a heart attack and making it more likely that we’ll have to take the throne sooner, but I am supporting you having fun. Taking notes sucks. I can remember things just fine, why do they care whether I write it down or not? 

The worst part of being sick is that you’re not supposed to eat dairy, dude. Like, you can’t even make yourself feel better with ice cream because supposedly your illness makes it curdle in your throat or something so nasty that I tune it out every time people try to warn me about it.

W H A T. That’s disgusting! What’s even the point of having something as good as ice cream exist when you can’t have it at your most miserable? How have humans not figured out how to finesse that yet?
