I know I’m late, but I don’t think this is a correct translation. I don’t know Chinese, but Japanese fans who saw this answer and translated it as もう完全に召使いになった, and cross-checking it, this would make Kodaka’s answer “He had already completely become The Servant.”
This answer is kind of vague, but I don’t think he’s referring to Komaeda being subordinate *to* Kamukura, he’s saying he had already become Servant and thus the two didn’t interact- at least, that’s what I’m assuming, because Kamukura and Komaeda literally did not interact during the tragedy per the timeline. Like it canonically did not happen because in Chapter 0 they act like it’s the first time they had met each other (and they got mindwiped of the scene in DR3 before ep 11)
EDIT: I feel like if I didn’t provide something to back up my point, it’d be dumb, so here’s a screenshot from a CN and JP speaking fan translated it as “I think he had (already) completely become Servant.” Also the person says that they also thought he meant “since he had completely become a Servant to the elementary schoolers, he didn’t know anyone else including Kamukura”- though they point out that the wording comes off a little suggestive with how vague it is.
