These two actually have canon interactions, though they aren't very positive. Sakura gets very upset with Toko because of her sexual comments towards Aoi. Toko is also very intimidated by Sakura. Sakura considers Toko a friend, though Toko doesn't feel the same way. There's a quick moment in Chapter 3 where Sakura gets mad at Byakuya for leaving Toko alone after they found Kiyotaka and Hifumi dead.

However! I believe Toko can change and accept Sakura as someone who cares for her. In School Mode, if Makoto says "I'd rather have rabbits than chickens..." in the Garden, they both agree. They have no bonus mode interactions.

They both love Rose in Vitro. They both like the Love Status Ring, the Hope's Peak Ring, and Funplane. Sakura likes the Antique Doll and Toko loves it. They both hate the Leaf Covering, the Emperor's Thong, the Hand Bra, and the Kokeshi Dynamo. They both dislike the Adorable Reactions Collection, the Tumbleweed, the Rose Whip, the Zantetsuken, the Muramasa, the Raygun Zurion, the Berserker Armor, and the Silent Receiver. Surprisingly similar taste!

The yuri wheel says... Komaru x Tsumugi

They both call themselves regular or plain people despite their unique traits. Tsumugi was also Junko the 53rd, while Komaru was supposed to become Junko the 2nd. They both enjoy manga, though Komaru has a more casual interest and Tsumugi absolutely loves it. The two could bond over their favorite series, since Komaru generally likes the more popular stuff, which Tsumugi would already be aware of. They have two interactions in DRS. In the perspective of V3, I think Tsumugi would really like Komaru as a character because of her development.

Since Komaru cannot be gifted, they don't have any similar opinions of presents. However, they do both like manga.

The yuri wheel says... Jack x Maki

I really like this pairing. Genocide Jack is very energetic while Maki is very calm and composed, so there is a lot of comedy potential. They are both murderers, but for completely different reasons. They also carry themselves very differently, Genocide Jack embraces being herself but Maki hides who she is and tries to distance herself from others. Maki could drop all those concerns about judgment around Genocider, who would just accept her as she is. I think Maki would understand Genocider better if she knew how she came into being, but I don't think these two could ever fully understand each other. However, I do think they could learn from one another.

They have two interactions in UTDP and two in DRS.

They don't have any shared likes since V3s presents are very different from the first two games.

The yuri wheel says... Celeste x Ibuki

These two pretty much have nothing connecting them, but I see potential. Celeste and Ibuki are two characters who have a very strong sense of style, Celeste with gothic lolita and Ibuki with v-kei (I think). While Ibuki's music is far from Celeste's tastes, Ibuki sometimes makes songs for people, so she could make something Celeste enjoys if she wanted to. Ibuki also loves playing games so I'm sure she'd love card games, though she'd never win.

If you enjoy the opposites attract trope, one thing to consider about them is that Ibuki is completely true to herself while Celeste lies about who she is, both to others and herself. With names being a marker of identity, their introductions stand out a lot. Celeste introduces herself by another name, while Ibuki emphasizes every part of her full name.

Perhaps Ibuki could help Celeste accept her true feelings?

Unfortunately, they do not have any bonus mode event interactions. They both like the Hope's Peak Ring and Rose in Vitro. Both hate the Kokeshi Dynamo.
