These two pretty much have nothing connecting them, but I see potential. Celeste and Ibuki are two characters who have a very strong sense of style, Celeste with gothic lolita and Ibuki with v-kei (I think). While Ibuki's music is far from Celeste's tastes, Ibuki sometimes makes songs for people, so she could make something Celeste enjoys if she wanted to. Ibuki also loves playing games so I'm sure she'd love card games, though she'd never win.

If you enjoy the opposites attract trope, one thing to consider about them is that Ibuki is completely true to herself while Celeste lies about who she is, both to others and herself. With names being a marker of identity, their introductions stand out a lot. Celeste introduces herself by another name, while Ibuki emphasizes every part of her full name.

Perhaps Ibuki could help Celeste accept her true feelings?

Unfortunately, they do not have any bonus mode event interactions. They both like the Hope's Peak Ring and Rose in Vitro. Both hate the Kokeshi Dynamo.

The yuri wheel says... Mukuro x Hiyoko

This photo was my first thought. While disguised as Junko, Mukuro is very friendly and would make an effort to get along with Hiyoko. With all the things Junko has said to her, it'd be surprising if Hiyoko could manage to hurt her feelings. Hiyoko likes to refer to others as her older siblings and Mukuro is an older sister, so maybe Mukuro would feel compelled to take on that role. I think the picture above captures it perfectly. They have one interaction in UTDP and two in DRS, though in one the two they don't interact. In their interactions, Mukuro attempts to be friendly, Hiyoko not so much.

They both love the Rose in Vitro gift. Mukuro likes the Cherry Blossom Bouquet and Hiyoko likes the 1000 Cherry Blossoms. Both hate the Kokeshi Dynamo. One item in DR2 is Mukuro's Knife, which Hiyoko is neutral about.

The yuri wheel of names says... Sonia x Sayaka!

Sonia was born with popularity due to being royalty, while Sayaka became popular through her own efforts. They both have a lot of pressure placed on them, so I think they could understand each other in that regard. They are also both very friendly and could get along easily. Sayaka would respect Sonia's wishes to be treated like a normal student and, since Sonia likes Japanese culture, I’m sure she’d be into idols. Sadly, they do not have any bonus mode interactions, but they do have a pre-order poster where they swap clothes (Full picture on the DR wiki).

Sayaka loves Rose in Vitro while Sonia likes it. They both like the Hope's Peak Ring. They both hate the Kokeshi Dynamo. Something interesting is that they have similar default sprites, with their hands being folded in front of them.
