Hotel del luna

Hotel Del Luna is a mysterious place located in the city of Seoul. Jang Man Wol (IU) is a beautiful but equally hot-tempered woman who happens to be the hotel's manager. Following a serious mistake in the past, Man Wol can't leave the place. Things take an interesting turn when Chan Sung (Yeo Jin Goo) enters the scene.

A tale of ancient curses, lost souls and unexpected surprises, “Hotel Del Luna” is a drama combining mystery, romance and fantasy. I was transported by the universe and the protaganist's outfits are breathtaking. Each episode accompanies the story of a character, with a appealing plot runningin general.

The couple's dynamic tendency to argue makes some very funny scenes. On the other hand, Jang Ma Wol's past is captivating with the presence of a protagonist played by Lee Do Hyun.

1 ~ Lovely Runner

Im Sol, played by Kim Hye Yoon, is devastated by the sudden and tragic death of her favorite star, Ryu Sun Jae (Byun Woo Seok), a former swimmer turned K-pop idol. But as she's plunged into anguish, she magically travels back in time to 2008, when Sun Jae was still only 19! Breathtaking chemistry, moments of laughter and tears, and an interesting script.

2 ~ Strong Girl Nam-Soon

Starring Lee Yoo-mi in the title role, the series serves as a spin-off to the 2017 series Strong Girl Bong-soon. Returning to Korea in search of her biological family, the young woman with superhuman strength becomes embroiled in a drug deal that will put her powers to the test.

Woo seok plays the bad guy in this kdrama,  the main antagonist of the series.

3 ~ Record Of Youth

Starring Park Bo-gum, Park So-dam, the series focuses on two actors and a make-up artist struggling to realize their dreams. This tale of three young people in their mid-twenties shows the reality of their responsibilities, the influence of parents and the weight of society. As the episodes unfold, we follow their daily struggle to become the person they aspire to be.

Lost in your twenties? This drama is for you. It follows the lives and struggles of five female college students who share a house. Its lightness and endearing characters make this drama a nugget. I identified with many of the situations. I recommend it if you want to have a good time!

1 ~ The smile has left your eyes

Starring Seo In Guk, one of my favorite Korean drama. I was very moved by the male character and his complexity. Their relationship is captivating, with a moving/sad story that will sweep you off your feet. Jung so min became my favorite actress through this drama.

2 ~ Because this is my first life

Starring Lee Min Ki, a drama with no headaches, a light-hearted story about a fake wedding. You'll see the male character open up over time. An endearing story that makes for happy evenings.

3 ~ Alchemy of souls 1

Starring Lee Jae Wook, I don't particularly like historical dramas, but this one transports you with its cinematography. The female character is very funny and will still take you through many emotions.

1 ~ One spring night

Starring Han Ji-min, you will follow a beautiful love story, challenged by Korean standards. I was amazed by the chemistry, you can feel the love through the screen.

2 ~ Snowdrop

Starring the one and only Kim Ji-soo, prepare your tissue for this one. It describes the story between a North Korean spy and a student. Despite the sadness of the drama, it's a must-watch as it makes you feel a lot a emotions.

3 ~ Something in the rain

Starring Son Ye-Jin, one of the most realistic love story in kdramas in my opinion. You will witness what true love is, and Korea's cliché towards age gap and family struggles.
