BP did hire PR firm Ogilvy & Mather in 2004, and coined the term 'carbon footprint' as well as creating the 'carbon footprint calculator'. This gave the impression that climate change was primarily the fault of the individual consumers.

From a New York Times opinion piece on carbon footprint (via the Wayback Machine): 'In 2004, BP hired the public relations firm Ogilvy & Mather to improve its image, in part by conveying the message that consumers of oil and natural gas bear the responsibility for their greenhouse gas emissions, not the producers of the oil and gas they use. The result was BP’s ingenious carbon footprint calculator, which allows individuals to calculate the carbon emissions that result from their activities.'

From a BBC Future article on 'how companies blame you for climate change': 'Similar criticisms have been levelled at terms like "carbon footprints" – which was first coined in a 2005 TV advert from BP. The advert appears to show members of the public being stopped in the street and asked what is "their carbon footprint".'

I was thinking about the following: the Crown Prince is almost unanimously recognized as a villain, etc. while the sweetie Huo Ying is sung praises. Despite the fact that he works for two masters, spies on one for the other, and literally grovels before the Crown Prince.

But I have never heard the opinion that he is a coward and a wimp. On the contrary, everyone says that he deserves more, he deserves better, he should be with a kind doctor, etc. Everyone thinks of him as an unfortunate cutie-pie, an orphan, not to mention the touching scene with the rattle brought to him by the doctor. It was so cute. No, really. It was so touching that everyone instantly forgot that Huo Ying is a grown man. No surprise, it's easy to forget that when you look into his beautiful big baby eyes.

But at the same time it is impossible not to notice the sexual undertones in Huo Ying's relationship with the Crown Prince. Their first scene takes place in the bedroom, with the Crown Prince lying in his fancy pajamas in bed. From the conversation we learn that Huo Ying stays by his bed all night during a thunderstorm because the Crown Prince is afraid of thunderstorms. Before that, the Crown Prince puts poison in his mouth. And before that, he touches Huo Ying's chest with his bare foot. The deep, secret intimacy of their relationship is obvious. Simply put, Huo Ying was sexually attracted to his Master. The story of the Crown Prince and Huo Ying is about sex.
