Never apologize for an ask!!! I didn't find it boring at all lol it was actually very cute to think about!! I'm a sucker for cute kids what can I say. Also is it just me who thinks of every male character as being a girl dad?? Idk what it is. Or maybe it's just that the men I like are total girl dad's, echo chamber type thing. Who knows, I didn't give the kid any gender here so imagine whatever you like.
So without further ado! Bleach men and how they'd hold their kids!!
Kisuke Urahara:
You can't tell me this man wouldn't be like, the most fun dad ever. Piggyback rides, shoulder rides, makes his own toys for the kid, roughhousing, pretend play. You name it, he'll do it and he'll do it well. Even carrying the kid is made fun, he'll pretend to lose his balance or drop them or stuff, all in the name of play. But he's always got that underlying awareness, of every shift of weight and every potential danger.
Shunsui Kyoraku:
Yeah. Most impossibly doting dad ever btw, and most embarrassing too coz he'll get emotional over every. Little. Thing. As for carrying the kid, he insists upon it, won't put the kid down unless absolutely necessary and even then he tries to argue against it. And if the kid looks too cute in his arms? That's it, the man is gone, utterly and entirely. He'll hold the kid SO impossibly gently, and so close.
Jushiro Ukitake:
Babe. We're talking about Jushiro here. First of all? 100% a lap sitting dad. Because it's easier for him and his health to be sitting down, and he can still have the kid close! He loves it. Also? Sogyo no kotowari absolutely wants to play with the baby, with leaves Jushiro with 3 kids now. Dw, it's all good, it reminds him of his siblings so he actually really likes it and will play with them!
Shinji Hirako:
I mean...what did you expect? He'd 100% hold his kid in the most random ways, including upside down, which I'm betting the kid actually really enjoys, lol. And he absolutely teaches the kid funny things to say, and to talk backward and mess with people. He's the type to grab the kid in whatever which way the kid is positioned, and then make absolutely 0 adjustments and just carry them like that.
Byakuya Kuchiki:
Now.....he's not much of a holder. As a baby, sure, he's a proper man,he can carry a child. But he's still noble, his child will learn to walk, talk and behave properly as soon as they are capable of it. His physical affection is more so a grounding hand on the shoulder, and the ever so important hand on the back to correct posture. But if you'll notice, he's smiling the tiniest bit, he's a very proud father, he shows it in expectations.
Kenpachi Zaraki:
I mean. He's literally a dad, lol, so we know exactly what he'd do. He'd let the kid hang onto his back, just like Yachiru. A single dad who works two jobs or however the song goes. Yachiru was difficult enough,now he's got another. Now they're trying to play rock paper scissors over his shoulders and complaining about him being in the way, they are also both giving him wrong directions. He is...a saint for not throwing them off, but he loves his babies.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi:
Again. Also a literal dad. So many girl dad's in bleach lol what's up with that?? But because this one isn't genetically enhanced to like be perfect or whatever, I just know he's so annoyed LMAO that baby is stinky and loud and filthy, he is handing it off to Nemu immediately. Let big sister deal with it. But, it is important to mention, that mobile is coming out of his sleeve, yes he built it specifically for the baby. To keep it quiet, he'll say, but he still built it didn't he? Also yes he's holding the baby like a particularly volatile bomb lol
Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez:
What else did you expect, let's be so real lmao. He is holding that thing by the food or the back of their shirt, just carrying it like a darn suitcase or something. The kid is loving itγdon't be mistaken, it's just that Grimmjow himself is so annoyed it. That's just how he is tho, he's not like actually mad at the kid, if anything he's probably glad he got a resilient kid who can handle a bit of being swing around, no child of his will be boring, God forbid. (Also, his hair is the worst thing ever to draw I hate him for that)
