This is for my character Melusiné (they are a they/them, although they are misinterpreted as female on purpose due to them being a different species in the world I wrote them in), who honestly has my favorite lore that I've written out for any of my characters. They are so tragic agh, I love writing and making content for them 💜💜
Gotta say though, while animating is easier than I thought it would be, I'm still having some problem areas with it. How the hell do I copy layers?! How do I make the line quality consistent?!

Here is some Juno dressing up for the circus!!! And also, some of my first ever animations! I have recently taken up animation because fuck it, I have been wanting to for so long and I was just intimidated by it. Despite *a lot* of complications, it was actually so fun, and not as horrific as I thought! Coloring is tedious and I hate it, but I've already made a 45 second animatic of one of my favorite OC's and I've just been giddy over it for days now! Like, I made my characters move wow so cool!
Anyways aside from that! I have some lore to go with this art I'm sharing. 🫶
So, in my version of tfc, I have made some tweaks to the story so that I would give the characters more time to flesh out a bit. Not too much though! Just additions to the timeline.
So, instead of Juno going the day that Pierrot gives them the ticket, I extended it to two weeks later instead. The type of character that Juno has is,,, very vigilant LOL. Rushing Pierrot's and the circus gangs encounter would absolutely have had their survival instincts kick into gear, and they DO carry a gun or taser with them on hand lmao. So, after Pierrot gives his ticket, I have Juno plan a date to the circus in two weeks. It gives Juno and Pierrot time to intermingle, and also, Harlequin to join in as well, and better understand the dynamic.
So, lore on the outfit! Juno loves fashion design. They upcycled the entire outfit, and also used some bedding and shoelaces/yarn for the other bits, including the shoes (which fun fact, for the design I pulled inspo from vkei designs, circus wear, and some pieces from infinity nikki)!
So, the two week threshold gives them time to work on the outfit outside of work, interact with Pierrot more (they also invitr him to their apartment at some point, which i definetly need to draw 👀), and gives the story more of that slow burn pace that I prefer... and also a little trauma for everyone at the circus with that specific shade of pink they decided to use TEEHEE
By the way, I love tfc as is!! When I make OC's I tend to get very involved and change some rules as well, bc well, it's fun!! :D Anyways, happy drawing 🫶
