The prejudiced, transphobic war being waged by much of the Republican party and others against the Transgender community is vicious, disgraceful, and extremely hurtful to a community that is already in pain. People need to educate themselves and open their minds. Attacking an entire community just because that community is seen as different should be abhorrent to everyone, yet far too many people are actively promoting this war or are knowingly and willingly going along with it. This must change!

I think it's very clear that our democracy is in serious trouble. Millions of us see Trump acting more and more like an authoritarian autocrat who wants dictatorial powers, and what makes matters worse is that much Republican Party is going right along with it.

It's frustrating and scary how so many people refuse to learn from history. There are similarities between what happened in Germany in the 30s and 40s and with how millions of Americans blindly follow Trump today no matter what.

Pride has become even more important lately due to the fact that conservatives around the country are trying to take rights away from the LGBTQ community. We LGBTQs and our allies need to speak up and make our voices heard in order to educate people and make them realize that we are human beings too and deserve the same rights as everyone else.

It's scary and dangerous how so many Republicans are ignoring the lessons of history and instead are choosing to follow a dangerous, authoritarian individual who is clearly undermining democracy in the United States and other parts of the world. Click on the link to read the full article.

Too many Americans are ignoring history and are repeating mistakes of the past. Will people ever learn?

The recent mass shooting in Maine is yet another example of how this country desperately needs better gun control laws. Folks, no one needs assault weapons and 30 round clips. Assault weapons were specifically designed to kill human beings in times of war. This is a fact. One of the first ones was designed by Nazi Germany to kill Allied soldiers during World War II. People need to open their minds and stop being so quick to judge.

Intolerance for many LGBTQ people is far too common these days, and while it usually comes from outside the LGBTQ community, sometimes it from within it.

We need to fight against Republican extremism seeing how Republicans around the country are attacking LGBTQ Rights, Women's Reproductive Rights, Diversity, and more.

The prejudice, bigotry, ignorance, and hate coming from the Republican Party is horrendous, dangerous, and authoritarian in nature. We must vote as many Republicans out of office as possible because they can't be trusted with majority power at any level of government.

The intolerance, prejudice, and ignorance coming out of the Republican Party these days is dangerously extreme. We must stand up, make our voices, oppose the bigoted laws and policies they are pushing, and vote! Vote Republicans out of office whenever we can.
