* shows almost all of his affection through teasing

* he steals your bracelets

* he likes to climb on the roof and lay with you

* he has a personal library in his room and has a problem with buying books he doesn’t necessarily read

* he has different types of fidgets to help him focus

* majority of the time he’s level headed but because of that he lets everything build up and when he can’t handle it he screams into his hands or a pillow if he has one

* he has a green thumb and loves plants, so his room has plants all over it

* loves old bookstores, and loves when they are so full that there are stacks of books in the aisles and he can just get lost in a world of books

* probably hangs around coffee/tea shops and enjoys the aroma

* takes polaroids of scenery and places he thinks are cool

* likes to walk around cities looking for thrift stores

* feeds stray animals and always has random pet food in his bag just in case

* when his friends talk about something he doesn’t necessarily know about he does research so he can talk about it with them

* very rarely gets excited/hyper but when he does he’s super bouncy and can’t stop smiling

* “cant you stay for like 10 more minutes?” while hugging you from behind and making you struggle to walk to the door

1. She is exclusively attracted to princes, despite having never met one.

She won’t even DANCE with boys at her party who aren’t princes despite thinking they’re good boys who would treat girls well (she advises the boy she doesn’t want to dance with to find someone eager to dance with him, rather than tell him to go home).

To me this comes across as her choosing “prince” as the ideal that she finds attractive solely because it’s theoretical, the imaginary Perfect Boy who doesn’t exist. This is common among young people who aren’t exposed to homosexuality but don’t feel attraction to people like they’re “supposed” to.

2. She’s never comfortable around Naveen, always thinking about things that have or could go wrong.

Part of this self-consciousness is obviously because he’s a fake, but even when she’s set for marriage and all her dreams are coming true she’s antsy and upset and lashes out at her dad while trying to over-please the fake Naveen.

She also glances nervously at the priest right before the pronunciation, as though still dwelling on things that could go wrong rather than her happy moment–and this is the scene in which she’s been the MOST visibly relaxed with the prince.

She’s realized something’s wrong with HER not feeling attracted to the prince, despite him being “perfect” for all intents and purposes, and she doesn’t know why that is.

3. She doesn’t kiss Naveen right away despite saying in the opening that she’d kiss 100 frogs if it meant becoming a real princess.

Tiana interrupts her sure but only AFTER she’s been counting and recounting Naveen’s story back to him. She’s stalling because she doesn’t want to lock herself into another marriage with someone she’s not attracted to.

4. She doesn’t actually want to marry a prince, she just wants to be a princess. When she’s proposed to she barely pays any attention to her rapidly-transforming, lying fiancee because she’s so enamored with the image of herself as royalty. She actually shoves him away.

5. She’s absolutely in love with Tiana and still doesn’t know it.

She compliments Tiana more than any man in the film. She respects all of Tiana’s life decisions even if she doesn’t even slightly understand them because of their different perspectives, supports her dream of a restaurant even if she doesn’t share it, and is willing to give up potential romance with a prince, the thing she has dreamed about all her life, at the drop of a hat to comfort a humiliated Tiana.

And then there’s this line.

* i feel like for awhile Bo was insecure about his weight

* he probably has stretch marks on the back of his thighs and sides and hates it

* he has pretty good voice range and can probably do impressions

* if he finds out his friends have special interest he ask them about it and learns about them

* in turn he tries to get gifts related to said special interest

* still plays rock, paper, scissors to see who has to do something

* believes in pinky promises and only does it when something is important to him or someone else

* leans back and tries to balance on chairs but usually falls

* is convinced he can pick up all his friends and always tries even though they tell him no

* bites his nails

* trips over his own feet and drops things all the time and just falls all the time

* because he’s clumsy he has random bruises on his legs and is always looking for them

* makes sound effects when telling stories

* really competitive with his friends but in a joking manner

* always wants to try new hobbies and has a ton of craft materials all over his room

* i feel like he’s an empath and always knows when his friends are upset and in turn he gets upset and tries his best to make them feel better

* jogs in the middle of the night to tire himself out

* constantly humming songs and in his own little world

* text in capitals almost all the time because he gets excited about telling his friends about what he did or is doing

* loves going to parks and plays on every thing

* goes to local pet shelters to see al the animals at least a few times a month

* collects odd little trinkets and when he finds ones that remind him of his friends he gives it to them

* makes playlist for his friends

* always wants to make plans and loves being in social settings

* he eats SO MUCH

* he has a hard time expressing his feelings, so when he starts struggling he holds you hands to help him get his words out

* randomly grabs you and just holds you to his chest

* wont explicitly say he wants you to wear his volleyball jacket so he will just hold it in front of you hoping you understand

* gets really flustered when you flirt/compliment him because he has a hard time expressing his own feelings

* rarely gets jealous but when he does he stands very closely behind you and glares at everyone

* traces patterns on your hand while comparing how big his hands are to yours

* always reminding you about how beautiful he thinks you are and reminding you that he thinks every part of you is beautiful even if you don’t like it

* napping together after he gets back from practice

* starts a small garden with you and is always covered in dirt from tending to it and checking on all the plants

* he is constantly giving you his clothes and the moment you get to his house he has some set out for you to wear

* keeps pictures of you in his wallet and looks at them when he talks about you or thinks about you

* loves playing with your hair but always tangles it on accident

* leaves sticky notes on all of your things with doodles of stars and quotes from your favorite books on them

* rants while laying on you to destress

* loves when you rub his back or trace patterns on it

* constantly wrapping around you when cuddling, like legs around yours and arms linked together type of entangled
