Okay jokes are out of the way. Let us talk about Valko.

Valko is just Bulgarian for wolf.

I’m not really liking the whole ‘double-eared’ thing going on. However, I think this is intentional for a couple of reasons.

1. His original name most likely isn’t actually Valko.

2. His Evol has nothing to do with the whole…wolf thing. He was most likely experimented on by GaiaTech (Sutherland’s company) to create something that, jokes aside, combat against the other LIs (specifically Sylus since Sutherland did say that Sylus was a problem for their end goal). The muzzle in the trailer is too over the top (unless this guy is really THAT edgy) for Valko to have it be intentionally there. We know he was possibly a hacker and possibly worked at a gaming company. He might be feral but probably down the line he’s going to open up as a giant nerd.

Which makes sense since he can’t go out in public looking like this unless he finds a good way to conceal the extra appendages.

3. Something feels off about his appearance. He looks like a hybrid of Rafayel with the auburn hair color, Sylus’s eyebrows and if I didn’t look twice, I would have easily mistaken this for Caleb. I’m pretty sure I swear have seen art of Caleb with this exact haircut too.

My theory is that he was captured by Biotech, brainwashed, and modified to have the wolf genes and possibly whatever Evol powers he has or is a Biotech mutated experiment.

Which makes SENSE that they released that Sylus kitten card last month to foreshadow Valko. The trailer for that card emphasizes ‘Biomodificia Evol’ as to why MC turned into a cat.

But the man is jacked. His tits might be rivaling Sylus’s.
