Like the reason it annoys me is cos something I learned in this industry is that the general public just don't really know the truths of fitness/dieting because it's all very murky and filled with so much bullshit - and I can imagine someone who is desperate to lose weight, not really knowing where to start, seeing an ad like this for this scammy, scummy app and wasting money on paying for it, and ultimately ending up feeling shit and most likely blaming themselves for not making any substantial progress. I know that to everyone reading this it's such a nothing burger but it pisses me off.
