Untill I'm skin and bones

The reason I starve myself is because it's the only thing i can control, a thing no one can take away from me unless I tell them. I feel like that's the only reason I don't do anything bad. I just need to be skinny.

Eating less then before, I feel good I just wish I could see a difference in my body physically, I have to see it. I want someone to notice it like be proud.

I hate how I just can't go anywhere, stuck in my room forever because I can never go anywhere. So lonely with a lot of thoughts about food. I get so mad about this, Being lonely make me focus on all the wrong things

I had 1,300 calories todayy!! Everything was okay but the stuff I ate is already empty. Tomorrow I'm gonna try to be more active and eat the same amount. I don't see any weight change. I need helpppp : (

Ahh I can't wait to workout tomorrow, my stomach feels so fat : /, but I know that I can lose this weight! Just have to put the work in (o.o) 

Ate a lot today but I'm gonna start my fast(20 hour) and on Thursday I'm also going to the gym so wish me luck!!
