I really hate how wokeness ruins everything by making it sloppy. Like that's the best description I can give to season two and the casting, sloppy!
What happened to martial arts in movies? To the training? To the physical fitness that was required to look like a Spartan, a video game character, a comic and anime character?
Bruce Lee would roll on his grave if some half assed his look. Jackie Chan had a better display of martial arts in his 40's than whatever Netflix Azula tried to pull off.
Heck, I even take back whatever I said about Cobra Kai because compared to NATLA they did a better job with the training, stunts, and casting of some characters that are martial artists in real life.
I can forgive how the cast doesn't come close to the look of the original characters, I can even forgive the wokeness, but you cannot have bad actors be bad martial artist. Like come on 🤣
And to make things worse the cartoon had the formula for the live action! The cartoon used a Kung Fu master for the moves and choreography. Who the hell choreo this? 😬
Who thought switching Azulas iconic way of shooting her flames to claw hands was a good idea? Why are they not punching? Why they don't have good stands? They could have used Korra's more modern fighting choreography since easier to pull off... I hate this, they just need to leave the cartoon alone. Teenage Aang is annoying, Katara is dead inside, Toph is more emo than Mei, and Zuko got destroyed.
