I hope @kittyblacksheep responds to you soon :( You’ll get your items eventually! Leah would never scam anyone but communication is definitely something she needs to improve on. One of my orders took 8 months to receive. But her prices are super cheap QAQ!! If she still does not respond, I’d just ask her for a refund and get PayPal involved D8 She has been pretty inactive so she might be too busy to check her own store :/

I’ve been super busy. Had over 200 orders to fill just from the start of this month and even though I slept overnight at the post office two times this month, I still haven’t finished. Making another run today.

Edit - I haven't been on tumblr. Too busy. I'm dealing with at 20 or so people who decided that Saturday was a great day to order for Christmas. Your cut off date was the 9th for Christmas. Not to mention, that was just Saturday. Never mind the people who ordered last week ohmygosh.

Rant: Hidden Fees with Buyee

I consolidated a package following the weight guidelines Buyee provides under 30kg for seamail because they don’t tell you exactly the size of each package.

It turns out there was too much stuff (because Buyee does not know how to compress plushies) and they took the liberty to split my package into 2 consolidations and are forcing me to pay the RIDICULOUS $10 fee twice. I did NOT agree to paying twice when I consolidated the orders into 1 package :/

It’s so ridiculous because in 1 package I have only 3 lots (they charge $5 for two lots and $10 for 3+ lots) and if I want to consolidate more things into this package I’ll need to pay ANOTHER $10.

They say it’s because they already started “consolidating” so they can’t stop but honestly they don’t even take the packages out of their original packaging… So whatever did NOT fit could have easily just been put back on the shelf under my name!? The customer service was no help on this issue and I am just super pissed off that they dare pull this crap on a customer without having this info available when consolidating. In all my times paying this ridiculous consolidation $10 (which no other service mind you has ever charged me) they have never said they will charge more $ if the order won’t fit.

I simply believed the system would be the same as shipping a package by airmail where they find out the package is oversized and refund the $ and make you pick another option to ship it by.

Their business conduct is very “shady” I am sorry. I never say such things but I have also come across the fact they make you pay “interest” a crazy amount when an error occurs and payment can’t be taken out of your account. So many of these “hidden fees” are not mentioned anywhere until it actually happens and then the customer service just says it’s part of their business operations. Such passive aggressive replies this time around.

If it weren’t for convenience sake I would use another service :/ Maybe I should go back to Shopping Mall Japan, at least they don’t charge me a consolidation fee.

I use Buyee quite often and I just can’t believe they’d brush my concern off like I’m it’s not big deal. This is SUCH a huge deal because the fact they charge $10 for consolidation is ridiculous already and the fact they are basically forcing me to pay another $10 because there was too much stuff that they couldn’t fit into a box is beyond me. The thing is the second consolidation is NOT even full, and I’ll literally have to pay another $10 to add items to that package. Yay… $20 on consolidation.

Fucking give me a break.

I can take my business elsewhere where I am respected and I don’t get charged fees that are not mentioned anywhere :/ -sigh-

Sadly a lot of Japanese customer service is like this. It’s never the company’s fault, but the customer’s and if it isn’t (rare cases), than there’s nothing the customer can do.

I placed my September-December gashapon order for my storenvy, and my order went through four times - I only got a confirmation for one order, and on my buyers page, it shows four orders under the same order number. It’s obviously a mistake in their system. But I was told I ordered four times and if I wanted to cancel I was out of the private members section - now, this is a service I have to be invited to, I have to pay 2万円 a year, and they can
