I had this idea ever since watching the second season of Loki. What if Rocket had a variant in the TVA? That'd be cool! (Later I found out he was actually supposed to have an appearance in the first season as someone waiting in line! WHY WOULD YOU CUT THAT?!?) Anywho, this drawing is brought to you as a collaboration with @happylittleshrub! They did the line work and I did the coloring/background. I hope you enjoy this meeting of the minds!
