This year’s ship week has a theme! NikPriceWeek2026 revolves around Four Seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
2. Participants will still follow the usual format of 7 SFW and 7 NSFW prompts with a total of 14 prompts of your choosing. You are free to choose either prompts or both, you can also combine prompts, go nuts!
3. Every entry must incorporate a seasonal theme in some way, however there are no strict requirements on how you use the seasons. You are completely free to structure your week however you like, for example:
All 7 days can be centered around Winter
7 prompts divided into 2 Summer, 3 Autumn and 2 Spring related prompts
Alternating seasons every day
4. The only requirement is that the chosen prompt reflects the atmosphere, symbolism, aesthetic or the feeling of a season.
5. Participants who manage to include all four seasons across their entries will receive a special commemorative art illustrated by our honorary artist!

FAQ
Can I include other characters and relationships in my work?
Absolutely. But the focus should be on Nikprice as they are the heart of the event, entry focused on another pairing as the primary will not be accepted.
Does it have to be "reboot" Nikprice?
OG/Vintage Nikprice is very welcome. How about vintage Price and reboot Nik, or vice versa? All the Niks and all the Prices, please and thank you.
Can I mix sfw and nsfw prompts?
Yes. NSFW prompts are only limited to 18+ accounts and just make sure your work is tagged appropriately
Eligibility for the commemorative art
To qualify for the special commemorative art, you only need at least one entry featuring each season (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). This means even participants who completed only 4 prompts total can still earn the art, as long as all four seasons are represented across their entries.
The Soap back massaging Dragon Ghost got me thinking about lizards and heated rocks.
Which made me think of this.
That the dragons sometimes pile boulders above a fire, natural heat vent of some kind, or whatever to enjoy a nice hot rock.
And if it’s rocks above a fire they take turns keeping it stoked, kind of like an old bathhouse or something.
In human form they enjoy those hot rock treatments at spas.
And maybe Soap and Gaz find the others lounging like oversized cats on said rocks, which is really cute and funny.
I imagine Ghost likes heat like i do, i love warm showers and baths but dont give me warm weather. so warm rocks sounds perfect!
or them going to the coast with huge smooth rockslabs that have been warmed by the sun!

Whenever I see your dragon ghost art I immediately think of those videos of zoo handlers brushing alligators with push brooms. And the alligator is making VERY happy rumbling noises. I imagine this is a thing that soap and dragon ghost do, much to everyones delight. Thanks so much for your delightful art and your dragon au, which is a gift that keeps on giving <3

Sorry že takto otravujem s takou blbosťou, ale mala by som otázku ohľadom filtrovania na AO3. Videla som tu viackrát tie štatistiky čo robíš každý mesiac a chcem sa spýtať, ako sa dajú vyfiltrovať fanfictions pre konkrétny jazyk tak, aby ti ostala tá tabuľka vpravo kde sa dajú pozrieť jednotlivé fandomy a iné kategórie? Ja som si totiž skúšala len tak pre zaujímavosť vyfiltrovať všetky fanfictions v slovenčine (FYI je to veľmi málo v porovnaní napríklad s češtinou), ale jediný spôsob aký som našla je cez Search - Works a tam vybrať jazyk slovenčinu, ale takto mi to zobrazuje bez tej tabuľky vpravo kde sa dá ďalej filtrovať. (Akože, je ich tak málo že som si to vedela celé preklikať aby som mala zhruba prehľad že aké fandomy vedú a tak, len mi napadlo že ako by sa to dalo inak spraviť, keď vidím na tvojich screenshotoch že to ide 🤷♀️.) Cez Browse mi to nešlo, lebo tam ukazuje len zopár posledných a cez Fandoms tiež nie, lebo tam som tiež nenašla možnosť ako si zobraziť všetky fanfics pre všetky fandomy ever - to mi tiež išlo len cez Search keď nič nevyfiltrujem, ale to mi opäť vyhodí zoznam bez tej filtrovacej tabuľky.
Nie je to pre žiadny výskum ani inak dôležité, len pre moju zvedavosť, takže ak je to príliš komplikované, kľudne túto otázku ignoruj.
Dobře, že se ptáš, protože tohle by podle mě měl vědět každý uživatel AO3. Tohle je skvělá příležitost o tom mluvit.
Ano, i jazyky lze filtrovat podobně jako tagy (OTW pro jazyky užívá tento jazykový kód):
Přehled všech jazyků (stejně jako kódy) lze najít v seznamu jazyků přímo na AO3.
Ty kódy se vyplatí znát, protože nemají využití jen ve webové adrese, ale také při filtrování skrze operátory.
Pokud by měl někdo další dotaz na funkce AO3, velice ráda se na něj pokusím odpovědět. Nechci se tady moc kasat, ale zejména díky tomu, že mám za pravou ruku bedrníku, která na jedné straně stála jako jedna ze dvou českých překladatelek už u zrodu AO3 a zároveň pracuje i v současnosti jako tagwranglerka, jsem se toho poslední dobou opravdu hodně naučila. :)

If you're writing anything involving cons, scams, heists, or morally questionable characters who are very good at lying, here are some free resources I've been using for research. Saving you the "why is this in my search history" anxiety.
1. The FBI's Famous Cases & Criminals archive (fbi.gov/history/famous-cases) has detailed breakdowns of real fraud cases, Ponzi schemes, and confidence operations. The language they use is clinical and precise, which is perfect for getting the procedural details right.
2. The FTC Consumer Sentinel Network publishes annual reports on the most common fraud tactics in the US. Great for understanding how modern scams actually work and what makes people fall for them.
3. The Smithsonian's American Art Museum has a free digital collection of forgery case studies. If your character forges documents or art, this is gold.
4. Court Listener (courtlistener.com) is a free legal database where you can read actual court transcripts from fraud trials. Want to know how a real con artist talks under oath? This is where you find out.
5. The Internet Archive's collection of old newspaper crime sections. Search for "confidence man" or "swindle" in papers from the 1920s through 1960s and you'll find incredible real stories that would feel too dramatic for fiction.
Bonus: The Psychology of Fraud section on the Association for Psychological Science website has accessible articles about why people trust, how deception works cognitively, and what makes someone a convincing liar. Essential reading if you want your con artist characters to feel psychologically real.
