It's all in my head so I tried very hard to overwrite it by imagining myself nuzzling a white horse named Salt that I made up as a companion but even in my vision I would start crying into his neck while he stared at me with blank horse compassion. And looking in his eyes I would start tearing up in real life which would wake me out of it but I wouldn't let myself fully cry until this morning, I gave in. Considering reinstating my zzzquil addiction.
