I love food.
I love it. I love going to the grocery store and picking out food. I love smelling food. I love touching food. I love to cook and prepare it. I love to cook for other people. Not a big fan of sharing it from my own plate, though
A goal of mine is to be mindful while I eat. I think I’d find food more enjoyable if I were to eat a smaller amount of food yet keep it high quality... Does that make sense? Like, instead of eating a ton of something that may be meh-quality, spend a bit extra on higher quality food and then eat a smaller portion. I think that would force me to focus on the food itself and become more mindful.
