Hello ! First of all, I love your work !! I adore the way you write :) Also, I was wondering if you could write about the dynamic between the main trio and my OC Asya ? She's somewhere in my posts, but I haven't really wrote anything about her personality so uh.. I'll try to explain briefly ! Asya is a non-clique student, she doesn't really have much friends. One of the rare people she can tolerate is Tina, her nerd friend she's slowly falling in love with. And sometimes she has brief chats with non-clique students because they're usually chill. Asya's face isn't very expressive, she's usually pretty neutral because people usually don't bother her. But when someone annoys her, she always has come-backs. She also tends to get physically aggressive if the person is insisting. Also, she's a good student, she studies a lot, especially at the library with Tina. She doesn't talk to people unless she wants something or they talk to her first. She doesn't engage in long conversations. I don't really know what else to write about her... I hope it was clear enough so that you understood her personality..? I'm not the best at writing lol. Also if that helps in any way, Asya's MBTI is (probably) ISTP and Tina's MBTI is ENFP. I don't know a lot about MBTIs, I just read about the meaning of each letter and tried to come up with a MBTI for them. I was wondering what you think the main trio would act like around Asya. Anyway, thank you very much for reading, and take your time ! If you have any questions about my OC's personality, you can always DM me ^^
AAAA this dynamic is actually SO good??
Jimmy is honestly the first one who’d respect Asya.
Not necessarily because she’s nice, because she isn’t fake.
Bullworth is full of people performing constantly:
Nerds trying to prove themselves
Greasers trying to look tough
Meanwhile Asya is just… there. Existing. Studying. Unbothered.
Jimmy would find that refreshing.
At first, their interactions are super short:
him asking if a seat’s taken
brief sarcastic exchanges
mutual “leave me alone but not REALLY” energy
The thing Jimmy likes most about her is that she doesn’t automatically react to him like everyone else does.
And honestly? That gets under his skin in the best way.
A lot of their conversations feel accidental.
Jimmy says something sarcastic.
Asya hits him with a dry comeback.
He pauses like:
And suddenly he’s sitting with her more often.
Not because they’re emotionally open or anything.
Just because the silence between them isn’t awkward.
I think Jimmy would both admire and worry about her aggression.
Because unlike him, Asya doesn’t seem emotional when she gets physical.
That’s what makes it intimidating.
Jimmy fights explosively.
Asya sounds calm while threatening someone.
Which is honestly scarier.
There’d definitely be moments where Jimmy has to step in because she’s about two seconds away from throwing hands with someone who kept pushing.
And she’d probably be annoyed afterward like:
“Yeah, and detention handled you back.”
Jimmy realizing he likes her
Because Asya doesn’t flirt traditionally.
So Jimmy starts noticing weird little things instead:
she quietly waits for people she cares about
she shares notes without making it a big deal
she sits near him even when she could sit elsewhere
He realizes her affection is all in actions.
And that destroys him emotionally.
Petey is intimidated by Asya at FIRST.
Not because she’s mean—
because she’s hard to read.
Petey relies a lot on expressions and reassurance, and Asya’s neutral face absolutely throws him off.
Meanwhile she’s literally fine.
How they become comfortable
Ironically?
Through Tina.
Because Tina probably talks about Asya constantly, and Petey slowly realizes:
“OH. She actually cares a LOT, she just doesn’t show it normally.”
After that, Petey relaxes around her.
And honestly I think Asya would lowkey find him kind of endearing.
Not in a “little brother” way exactly—
more like:
“You are painfully easy to fluster.”
Which makes teasing him VERY tempting.
Petey becomes one of the few people Asya voluntarily sits with.
he doesn’t drain her socially
conversations can stay quiet
Sometimes they’d literally just:
exchange one sentence every ten minutes
Petey would absolutely be startled the first time Asya gets aggressive.
Because she’s usually so composed.
someone keeps bothering Tina
suddenly she shoves them into a locker
After that he becomes VERY aware that Asya is not someone to provoke.
OH this one is INTERESTING.
Because Gary would become fascinated with Asya almost immediately.
Not romantically at first—
mentally.
She’s difficult to read.
And Gary HATES not being able to read people.
Why Gary Finds Her Interesting
Asya doesn’t react “correctly.”
That would drive Gary insane.
He’d test her constantly early on:
subtle manipulation attempts
shut him down immediately
or
stare at him like he’s exhausting
Which somehow makes him MORE interested.
The Thing Gary Notices First
He realizes Asya only speaks when she has something worth saying.
Gary talks constantly because he wants control of conversations.
Asya is comfortable with silence.
And honestly?
It unsettles him.
I think Asya is one of the few people who could genuinely make Gary feel… seen.
Not understood necessarily.
Seen.
Because she notices patterns.
And she doesn’t romanticize him.
If Gary starts spiraling or provoking people for attention, I can absolutely picture Asya bluntly saying:
“You make people hate you on purpose.”
But it would be complicated.
Gary would probably trust Asya more than he intends to because:
she doesn’t fake emotions
But there’d also be tension because Asya refuses to play emotional games with him.
And Gary’s entire worldview kind of depends on those games.
The trio as a whole around Asya
The funniest part is that Asya slowly becomes integrated into the group without anyone acknowledging it.
studying at the same table
making occasional comments
Jimmy’s saving her a seat
Petey’s asking for help on homework
Gary’s trying to start conversations with her specifically
And nobody remembers when it started.
