My wife’s 10 year anniversary present (well one of them) love the look of this @swaktoothbrush
Gutted we didn’t take part in this but really happy to see the climate activists stepping up the pressure. Very positive indeed.
This makes me hopeful.
IPCC Finally publishes what we were all thinking....

Feels very good to see the cliffs today.
Amazing new feeling! Renewable energy technology spotting on our way to Sweden- http://wavestarenergy.com wave energy to electrical energy at Grenaa in Denmark.
2.5kWh per week for internet router and WiFi. 130kWh/yr or just under 50gCO2/yr. not bad really, less than a packet of crisps at 80gCO2! https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/environment/2008/feb/08/carbonlabelling
“Even if the world went zero-carbon today that would not save us because we’ve gone past the point of no return.”
Didn’t feel that windy out today but it looks like renewable energy is doing the job. Wind 21.7% Solar 11.6% Biomass 5.6% Hydro 1.7% Gas 37.9%

Kevin Anderson talking to Greater Manchester on climate change
We were watching this documentary today but I have been thinking about this for a while. The plastic used and wasted and dumped all over the world is the perfect example of human laziness and contempt for our planet. Not just the person dumping the plastic, but the companies making the products and the governments watching the waste piles and pollution grow. I can’t help but think we aren’t learning quick enough. If we can’t sort out something as simple as plastic waste and pollution in oceans, how are we ever going to educate all children and stop war?
I know this sounds dramatic but it was my first response when I imagined the floating plastic viewed from above. Think about it, littering on a global scale. Don’t be a toddler!
Today energy efficient lighting, solar panels and energy efficient equipment. If we are lucky with grants to help support the business with the costs

Community Energy
Sitting in a village hall waiting for the meeting to start. Waste to energy via pyrolysis. Can we win over the village? Will renewable (sort of energy) win over fears based on bits of knowledge? Exciting.
Terrorism or climate change? What is the bigger threat
Was thinking about the recent extreme weather in the UK. It was well documented and warnings issued but still it has affected a lot of people and businesses.

Is it really terrorism that we should be worrying about when we think of a stable society of the future?
