Been thinking about the concept of an aerobatic aeromorph who’s a drag artist lately. This guy’s technically not a sports plane (unless you count all F/A-18 super hornets as the planes the blue angels use lmao) but I’d say it’s aerobatic enough to fit the concept anyway so!

Hi everyone! I realized I forgot to make this post when I updated my Tapas and ComicFury followers, so I apologize for that.

To put it simply, Unnaturals is being rebooted on June 1st and renamed to Unnatural America. The current iteration has been discontinued and will no longer be updated.

There are a few reasons for this decision, but the main one is that I started Unnaturals without knowing where I was going or without planning anything out properly, and it resulted in fifty pages of setup for what I would eventually realize was a whole lot of nothing later down the line. I had effectively written myself into a corner with starting Unnaturals too early, so I’m starting a do over and reworking certain parts of the story (and actually writing an ending) before I start posting pages this time around.

Don’t worry too much! The main cast (Nash, Jericho, Aamina, and Joni) are all remaining the same. I am not uprooting them and placing them into an entirely different story; I am merely making their existing story better and more concise.

Unnatural America means a lot to me, especially here, especially now. In my home country of America, where life is becoming increasingly terrifying and dangerous for queer and trans people like myself, it’s incredibly important to me that I’m able to share a story like this by any means possible. Queer power, queer rage, and above all, queer joy are what will liberate us in the end. And I believe that one of the best ways to foster these things is through stories where we can feel seen, heard, and inspired. That is always what my goal has been with Unnatural America. And, looking at my current rewrite, I believe that it will achieve that goal much better than the now discontinued iteration ever could.
