Looked up this video on youtube and I shit you not most of the negative comments had user names like Blake, Tommy and Christopher and they were calling her a bitch and a cunt and saying how she was ‘overreacting’ and in the wrong. Like even the more coherent comments were talking about how retail workers should be ‘professional‘ when faced with this horse shit because it’s part of their expected job How about we let workers defend themselves instead of only caring if entitled assholes will come back and bye your shit? Seriously these fucker were EXPECTING this girl to do nothing because she was in a postion were doing so would get her fired. The fact that in the original video the guy was so shocked and called her a bitch says it all.
Exactly. I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve had to stand there and do absolutely fucking nothing because I’m “working.” The one time I flipped out and told a lying thief to get the fuck out of my store and that his mother would be ashamed of his behaviour when he lashed out for not getting free stuff when he’d never once come to our store? He left a negative comment and “immediate action” had to be taken against me.
