"I wanted a light omelet for breakfast. 2 egg beater omelet with chopped fresh spinach, chia seeds and whole ground flax seed meal topped with fresh avocado, mandarin orange slices and fresh raspberries. Yum. Light and healthy with lots of fiber, potassium and vitamin A."

Pizza Egg Muffins. one has roasted garlic, scallions, olives, and cheese. the other has cheese, sautéed peppers, mushrooms, spinach and onions. some were topped with soy pepperoni. all were baked in whole wheat pizza dough. if you have a better name for this thing let me know. this was a winner. #foodporn #omeletize #pizzatime #delish
