If I lose this battle with depression, know that I’ve tried.

Marry the person who knows the difference in transparency and honesty.

Marry the person who can actually keep their promises. Marry the person who knows your triggers and cares enough not to trigger them.

Marry the person who won’t cheat, then not take full accountability or responsibility when they’re caught.

Marry the person who will do whatever it takes to make sure yall straight. And won’t tell you that things that bother YOU don’t matter because they aren’t big deals to them.

If yall get married. Please make sure you marry someone who realizes that the family YALL create takes precedence over the family they came from. Cause baby being willing to bankrupt your created family for the family you came from when they won’t/dont do the same for you is wild.
