In Onslaught trailer, thinking that the three soldiers are worse than David when it comes to violence.

Seeing Onslaught trailer, I never thought that the nazis were behind the experiments on "David". Howewer, good idea from Adam Wingard (Director) and Simon Barrett (screenwriter).

On picture 2, wondering if David''s brain is like that or if it's just the brains of the three soldiers ( The Butcher, Cockroach, Crybaby).

Onslaught/The Guest

Seeing "Project X" in Onslaught trailer, perhaps is "Project Aegolius" (The Guest) that's continuing but enhanced.

Why Project "X"?

Theory:

Either "X" meaning Project Aegolius (at KPG) with another name cause enhanced or the name "X" is "David".

Why "David" ?

Don't forget in The Guest, soldier/test subject's identity/name isn't revealed, so "X" as a unknown or a code name.

Also in the movie, "David" was wounded several times, so maybe once on the scene, KPG collected his blood/DNA for create others like him.

And soldier Neural enhanced (Onslaught trailer) don't forget "David" has neurological conditioning according to Major Carver (The Guest).

Indeed they wanted to eliminate him, but perhaps they realized "David" was so efficient against KPG's agents and Major Carver, as a real survivor.

Even if at the end, he was died during one moment.

But survived at the end of the movie.

Noted on picture 1, there is a triangle on the wall, the same on picture of original soundtrack The Guest II and on David's clothing in The Guest.

Given the description of the three soldiers/test subjects :

•Crybaby.

•Cockroach.

•The butcher.

They look like "David" in The Guest but with possible version more dangerous/enhanced, so even worse.

Can't wait to see it with Dan Stevens, especially there are a link with "The Guest" cult movie that I love.♥️
