Umm so far I takes some of that Tylenol medicine & then I have these vitamin C tablets I’m taking. Drinking hella orange juice. But I’m good thank Shawt.

That’s good. Maybe a good nap, some hot tea with a pinch of ginger will help too. Especially with a headache.

Yeah. I herd mint tea also helps.

It does anything herbal helps very well.
