Give me a fanfiction trope and I’ll grade it:

A: Love it. Spend my time combing AO3 for it.

B: Like it. Not one of my bigger cravings, but it can scratch a certain itch if I’m in the right mood.

C: Neutral. A good author might be able to sell it, but a bad one will kill it deader than dead.

D: Not my favorite. I avoid it if I can, but it won’t necessarily put me off reading something.

F: Hate it. Will immediately make me nope out of a fic.

What are you talking about. If you were not on anonymous I could possibly correct you politely, but this ask is infuriating me and you've given me literally no choice but to answer you publically because you're on anon.

I have never had a relationship as happy and fulfilling as the one i'm in now. My boyfriend is the love of my life and hopefully my lifelong partner. I don't know if you're just trying to make me angry by insulting him, or if this is somehow a legitimate rumor despite him being probably the kindest and most amazing person I know. I do not know who you are. If this is legitimate then by all means actually contact me with your name and I can reassure you that I'm very happy, but if you're just going to throw around this kind of shit behind a mask I'm not going to be that polite. Throwing in a bunch of random compliments does not make this any less upsetting to hear, and saying your DMs are open is especially infuriating, because again, I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

If you're legitimately worried then actually get in touch, otherwise please tell whoever implied such a thing to take a hike.
